Ingredients

  • 1/2 CupGhee or butter
  • 1/2 Cupicing sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1 Tsppure vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 Cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cupgram flour
  • 2 Tbspfine semolina
  • 1/4 Tspsalt
  • PinchCardamom powde
  • 15beetle nut leaves
  • 4 tbspgulkandh
  • 1/2 cupfennel seeds
  • 1 cupdry coconut
  • 3 tbsptutti- fruiti

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat your oven to 200 degree Celsius

  2. 2

    Sieve all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, sooji and salt together and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl beat ghee and sugar together until mixture is light and fluffy.

  4. 4

    To this add vanilla extract and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add dry ingredients and cardamom powder to this wet mixture and mix until soft and smooth dough is prepared.

  6. 6

    Take the equal size of dough balls from the dough.

  7. 7

    Take paan masala ingredients in a mixi jaar grind them slightly.

  8. 8

    Flatten each ball slightly and fill paan masala to centre.

  9. 9

    Make desired shape cookies.

  10. 10

    Place them on backing tray.

  11. 11

    Bake them for 15 -20 mins on 180degree Celsius.

  12. 12

    Take them out and let them come to room temperature.

  13. 13

    Store them in air tight container.
