Pre-heat your oven to 200 degree Celsius

Sieve all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, sooji and salt together and set aside.

In a mixing bowl beat ghee and sugar together until mixture is light and fluffy.

To this add vanilla extract and mix well.

Now add dry ingredients and cardamom powder to this wet mixture and mix until soft and smooth dough is prepared.

Take the equal size of dough balls from the dough.

Take paan masala ingredients in a mixi jaar grind them slightly.

Flatten each ball slightly and fill paan masala to centre.

Make desired shape cookies.

Place them on backing tray.

Bake them for 15 -20 mins on 180degree Celsius.

Take them out and let them come to room temperature.

Store them in air tight container.
