We all love the sweet and tangy Dahi wadas.. I made vadas with urad Dal and sweet Dahi and sweet and sour tarmind chutney with spicy green chutneys.

We all love the sweet and tangy Dahi wadas.. I made vadas with urad Dal and sweet Dahi and sweet and sour tarmind chutney with spicy green chutneys.

Soak Urad Dal for 2 3 hours.

Grind this in mixer to form smooth batter. Dont add much water to it.

Now best this mixture till it gets fluffy. This will take about 8 to 10 mins.

Take a bowl and drop small piece of batter. If it floats then batter is done.

Keep oil for frying. Add Raisins in it and fry them. Take a pot add water and salt to it and keep aside.

Fry till golden brown. Now take out and add it to the salty water keep it for half and hour.

Take a bowl add yoghurt. Into it add salt and sugar and whisk well.

Now squeeze extra water from wadas gently and put it into yoghurt. Keep it in fridge for at least half an hour.

Now take serving bowl. Put the wadas and garnish it with tarmind chutney, green chutney, red Chilli powder, Jeera powder and chat Masala. Add coriander leaves too.
