Take a vessal.add curd and gram flour.mix well.no lumbs.

Add water mix well.

Take a ktori add all dry masale and 1 cup water mix well.

Heat mustred oil in deep pan.add cumin seeds,mustred seed, Fenugreek seeds, afodetide,curry leaves,whole red chilli. crackle.add masala mixture.mix well.

Add curd mixture.mix well.cook.stire continuously.

Take a bowl.add gram flour, baking soda,salt,water.mix well.make a pakore better.heat oil.make pakore.

Boiling kadhi add salt and pakore.one boil gas off.

Serve with rice and chapati.
