Have your ingredients ready

Cream the margarine and sugar until well incorporated

Add in eggs and strawberry essence and whisk, the add lemon juice

In a clean bowl place your flour and lemon rinds

Make a well and place in the wet mix and whisk all the ingredients together

Grease your sufuria and place in your paste

On your lit jiko place the bigger sufuria tu preheat for 10 minutes

Place in the smaller sufuria into the bigger sufuria and bake for 50 minutes

Remove the smaller sufuria from the bigger sufuria and let it cool before removing from the sufuria

Place in a plate and have a slice with hot cocoa
