  1. 8-10Onions - chopped finely
  2. 2-3Green chillies - chopped finely
  3. HandfulCoriander leaves chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 bowlCurd
  6. 3 table spoonBesan

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the chopped onion, besan, salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, cumin powder in a bowl.

    Deep fry the pakaudas in a pan and take out in the plate.

  3. 3

    In same pan, take out the extra oil, add 1 table spoon of besan to the curd, mix well and add to the same pan.

    Add the spices, salt to taste and keep stirring until the boil comes, on low flame.

  5. 5

    After the boil is seen, add the pakaudas, make the flame high, cook for 2/3 minutes and turn off the gas. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
