Rava crispy dosa

Take semolina curd salt and 1 cup water and just mix it and keep for rest at least for 1 hour

Then take coriander and 2 green chillies and rava and put in a mixer and grind just fr 2mins it will become paste consistency if need put little water because it should not be very thick nor watery then remove and put 1/2 tsp baking soda batter is ready

Then take oil in a pan put 1tsp oil rai and carrom seeds let it crackle 5/7curry leaves chopped green chilli and chopped onion and saute til it's pinkish in colour then put turmeric and coriander powder and some.salt and put the potatoes and smash it lstly put some chopped coriander masala is ready

Then take dosa pan sprinkle some water pour batter and spread it then spread some butter and flip it let it done with the other side then wen it's done again flip put the masala and over lap dosa is ready to eat

Serve it with chutney.
