  1. // Vegetables
  2. Bean sprouts
  3. Spinach
  4. Carrot
  5. Sauce for the vegetables:
  6. 1 tbsSesame oil
  7. 1 tbsSesame
  8. 1 tspSoy Sauce
  9. 1/2 tspChicken broth powder
  10. 1/4 tspSalt
  11. // Meat and Sauce
  12. 200 grMinced Meat
  13. 1 tbsSugar
  14. 1 tbsSake
  15. 1 tspMirin
  16. 1 tspSoy sauce
  17. 1 tspGochujang (Korean spicy sauce)
  18. Grated garlic and ginger
  19. Kimchi
  20. Gochujang (Korean spicy sauce)
  21. Onsen Tamago (Japanese hot spring soft boiled egg)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the vegetables, wash and drain the water.
    Cook for about 2 minutes until the carrots are soft.
    Drain the water.

    Then, make the sauce for the vegetables.
    Add seasonings in a large bowl and mix well.
    (Sesame oil + sesame seeds + soy sauce + salt + chicken soup powder)

    Squeeze the vegetables.
    Add into the sauce and then mix it.

    Prepare the sauce for the meat.
    Add seasonings in a large bowl and mix well
    (Sugar + sake + mirin + soy sauce + grated garlic and ginger + gochujang Korean chili paste)

    Add a little bit of oil to the pan.
    Then add the meat + sauce and stir fry.

    Prepare a bowl of rice.
    You can add
    Vegetables + meat + kimchi + Korean chili sauce + boiled egg
    on top.
    You can add fry egg too.
