Never been a spinach fan but that's all they fixed in my former work place. I came home one day and my mom was cooking never asked what it was I just ate and been loving it ever since. I'm all for simple!

Warm a pan on medium high heat with olive oil when hot add onions to sautee

Let the onions cook down and sweat a few minutes before adding spinach

Add drained spinach to the sizzling hot pan
- 4
Let it simmer on medium high heat for about 5 minutes stirring evenly
- 5
Add salt pepper and seasonings to your taste and turn to medium low heat
- 6
When onions are cooked enough for you remove from heat 😊
