Even I was surprised when I found out you could make such a delicious treat with cauliflower 😂💖💖. During quarantine, I started changing my diet (with specialists, never do it alone), but cravings appear from time to time. They are super easy to make, in very little time, and with almost no sugar.

Even I was surprised when I found out you could make such a delicious treat with cauliflower 😂💖💖. During quarantine, I started changing my diet (with specialists, never do it alone), but cravings appear from time to time. They are super easy to make, in very little time, and with almost no sugar.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Mix the cauliflower completely with the coconut oil and set aside.

Combine all the dry ingredients (sift them first). Mix with the first mixture, ensuring there are no lumps.

Grease a small pan or line it with parchment paper, pour in and smooth out the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 300°F (150°C).

When done, turn off the oven and slightly open the door, leaving it for 10 more minutes.

Remove the pan and let it cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Cut into small portions, and you can decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy 💖
