Ingredients

  1. 1 cupunsalted cauliflower puree
  2. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1 pinchfine salt
  5. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1 tbspcoconut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

    Mix the cauliflower completely with the coconut oil and set aside.

    Combine all the dry ingredients (sift them first). Mix with the first mixture, ensuring there are no lumps.

    Grease a small pan or line it with parchment paper, pour in and smooth out the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 300°F (150°C).

    When done, turn off the oven and slightly open the door, leaving it for 10 more minutes.

    Remove the pan and let it cool for 5 minutes before unmolding. Cut into small portions, and you can decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy 💖
