Ingredients

  • 1 cupButter
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 2 tspAlmond Extract
  • 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2/3 cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 4Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350·F

  2. 2

    Grease an 8x11 glass pan (best size for this recipe) and set to the side

  3. 3

    Melt butter completely in microwave.

  4. 4

    Mix melted butter with sugar and almond extract.

  5. 5

    Mix in Cocoa, Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.

  6. 6

    Once lumps are out of batter pour in greased pan.

  7. 7

    Put in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

  8. 8

    Let cool and frost or cut right then and enjoy!
