Take a heavy bottom kadai.heat oil add dal paste.roasted.add all dry masala.

Mix well.

Take four.add moiyn.mix well.add some luck warm water.

Make a dough.rest 5 minutes.

Make some small balls.one ball flatten.fill dal masala.

Cover and make kachori.size your choice.

Heat oil.put kachori low to medium heat.cook.turn.fry both sides.
