Soak dals for 4-5 hours. Grind them. Add green Chillies and ginger. Let it ferment for 2 to 3 hours.

Add 2 Tbsp oil, Eno and mix properly.

Take muffin moulds, place paper liner in it. Pour 2 tbsp dhokla batter into it.

Steam it for 10 minutes on high flame. Remove from the steamer and let it cool

Remove the Dhokla from muffin mould after the cool completely.

Make cones from soya sauce, tomato ketchup and white butter

Go creative to make all favorite emojis on Dhokla

Enjoy your lovely cut dhokla
