Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • 3onions long cut
  • 2 tspghee
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspDry mango powder/Lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee into a pan add mustard seeds, cook a while

    Add onions and green chilli, cook until become brown or translucent.

    Mix all spices and cook for 2 minutes.

    Then add rice and mix lightly.

    Add lemon juice and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame
