Ingredients

  • 1medium beet blanched and cut into the pieces
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1chopped banana
  • 1/4 cupplain yoghurt
  • 4-5 tbspjaggery
  • 1-2 tbsphoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a blending jar add banana and beet. Grind it into the fine paste.

    Then add yoghurt, honey and jaggery and again grind it.

    Now add milk and again grind it. Your beetroot yoghurt smoothie is ready. Pour into the bowl or glass and serve it
