  • 1/2-Cup Jowar flour
  • 1/4-Cup wheat flour
  • 1-tbsp salted peanut powder
  • 1-tbsp spring onion leaves finely chopped
  • 1-tsp red garlic Chutney
  • 1-tsp cumin
  • 1-tsp saunf
  • 1/2-tsp Ajwain
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4-tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2-tsp turmeric powder
  • 2-tbsp oil
  • as neededWater to knead a dough
  • as neededGhee

Steps

40-mins.

    Mix Jowar flour, Wheat flour, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, garlic Chutney, cumin, saunf & Ajwain crushed with palms, peanut powder, chopped spring onion's green part, oil in a bowl and knead a head dough cover and keep aside for 10-mins rest.

    Knead a dough for a while and make 4-equal rounds and roll them.

    Cook them on medium to slow flame both sides applying ghee till crispy. Serve hot ready tasty, Healthy Jowar flour Bhakhri in a plate garnishing with spring onion flower and chopped leaves.
