Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and soak in salt water.

Soak the macaroni in room temperature water for about 5-10 minutes (to help it cook faster and become tender).

Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt and a dash of vegetable oil (to prevent sticking), and boil the macaroni for about 6-8 minutes. If it's not tender, continue boiling for another 3 minutes.

Once the pasta is cooked (it should look like the picture), shock it in ice-cold water, then drain and toss with vegetable oil. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes.

Blanch the vegetables and lightly cook the pork. Do not overcook; once it starts to cook, transfer to cold water, then drain well.

Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add the eggs and scramble. When the eggs start to cook, add the pork and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce.

Once the sauce is ready, add the pasta and prepared vegetables. Season to taste with a little sugar, seasoning powder, or more tomato sauce if desired.

Stir-fry until you start to smell the macaroni. Serve on a plate and enjoy!💛😋
