Creamy Chickpeas Karahi

Fry the onions in oil till it's brown. Then add spices (salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and black pepper crushed) and ginger garlic paste now bhoonify the masala for a minute.

Add boiled Chickpeas with a 2 cup of water. Cook untill thicken the gravy.

Crushed some chickpeas with the help or fork and mix the cream at last. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 8 Minutes.

In a pan add oil, green chillies, Cumin seeds, Garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.

When the cumin seeds popping up then put the tardka on the cooked channay.

Yummyyy and Creamy chickpeas Karahi is ready to serve with garam a garam Naans or tarkay walay rice.
