Put kadai on flame and roast murmura and keep it aside.

Roast poha with one spoon of oil for four five minutes, it will become crisp, take it out and do the same with peanuts.

Put mustard oil in kadai, add curry leaves and green chillies, crackle it then add turmeric powder and stir it for few seconds and spread this tadka on all the mixture. Add sev and mix chat masala. It is ready, you can keep it in air tight container and have it whenever you want.

It can be used as bhel by adding chopped onion, tomato, boiled potatoes with green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.Children like it.
