Heat oil and fry onion till brown. Add salt tomatoes,green chillies,ginger and potatoes and cook well.

Now add chicken stockand more 350g water and bring the boil.
then add rice and cook on high flame. - 3
When water evaporates then simmer on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with raita and salad.
