Cut Raw Dates into small pieces then

In a pan take 2 tsp Ghee and cook the dates for 5 mins in low flame. Use milk during cook. Sir well and after 5 min off the flame and let it completely cool down.

Grind the dates to a fine paste. Use milk during grind

Now In a pan, add 4tsp Ghee and add 2-3 cardamom and 1/2 cup of cashew nuts to it and cook for 3-4 mins in low flame

Add the dates paste to it. Add sugar carefully as per your taste as Dates will release natural sweetness. Mix well

Add milk as per the requirement to reach the desired consistency level. Stir well and off the flame and serve hot.
