  1. 10Cashewnuts,
  2. 10 Almonds,
  3. 15 raisins,
  4. 1 black cardamom
  5. as required Some poppy seeds
  6. 1 tspCuddapah almond
  7. 2small Onion paste
  8. 4small tomato paste
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. 1 tspCumin seeds
  11. 2-3 tspmalai
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. as tasteSpices (red chilli, turmeric, salt and coriander powder)
  14. 4-5 tspOil
  15. As required Water
  16. 250 gmPaneer in cubes

Cooking Instructions

35-40 min
  1. 1

    No mix soak above mention dry fruits with Cuddapah almond and poppy seeds in water for 2 hrs and then make thin paste.

    Take pan put some oil then add cumin seeds followed by ginger garlic paste and onion paste then cook it till it I'll turn brown. Add tomato paste in it cook it for abt 2 min.

    Now add the dry fruit paste in it. Again after some time add all the spices and garam masala in it. At last add Malai.

    Add paneer cubes in it cook it till the it I'll separate the oil.

  5. 5

    Add some water in it and cook fr some time like 10 min.
