Mint-Flavored Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Mint-flavored chocolate strawberries to enjoy on their own or to decorate cakes, pastries, etc. In this case, I added mint-flavored spoons to the chocolate, but you can add any flavor you like. This manufacturer offers almost all flavors "Home Chef".
Steps
- 1
Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then remove and stir, melting it gradually.
- 2
If necessary, microwave a bit more, but be careful not to burn it.
- 3
Alternatively, melt it in a double boiler. Once melted, add flavoring to taste; I added two tablespoons of mint flavoring.
- 4
Whip the cream with an electric mixer until slightly thick, then add the sugar and cooled chocolate, mixing everything together.
- 5
Clean and dry the strawberries.
- 6
Insert a toothpick into each strawberry and dip them three-quarters of the way into the chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off, then stick them into the orange. Once you have a few, place the orange in the fridge and let them cool.
- 7
They will be ready to eat on their own, or you can decorate the plate by brushing chocolate on it or use them to decorate desserts or cakes.
