  • leavesFresh mint
  • Lemon grass
  • Ginger
  • Cloves
  • Sugar or honey
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the mint leaves, lemon grass and ginger, grate the ginger and combine all with cloves in a pot add water and allow to boil.

  2. 2

    Sieve the tea and add sugar or honey. Enjoy your tea with side snack or like that.
