Mango pickle

First cut the raw mangoes into pieces and take out the seeds and wash them with water.

Sprinkle salt over it and leave it for 5 to 6 hours.

Take the raw mangoes and spread them over a cotton cloth again for 5 to 6 hours so that the moisture is absorbed by cloth.

Now put the mangoes in a mixing bowl and spread the pickle masala and mustard oil over it and mix it well.

Transfer it in a glass jar and leave it for 15- 20 days and shake the jar daily.

After 20 days your spicy pickle is ready to eat.
