Ingredients

  • 1whole coconut
  • Icing sugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Brake coconut and drain the water into a pot.

  2. 2

    Grate coconut and pour into the pot with coconut water

  3. 3

    Cook untill the water dries

  4. 4

    Continue frying on low heat untill the coconut flakes become s crisp and brown

  5. 5

    Spread on a tray and allow to cool before packing
