It's a middle Eastern dip famous all around the world. It's made by blending chickpeas with tahini, garlic and citrus, this creamy satisfying dip is packed with plant base protein. So easy to make without cooking and with few ingredients.
Steps

Wash chickpeas and remove their skin or chilka for creamy texture

Roast sesame seeds /till on low flame till light brown.

Grind all ingredients in a food processor for 4_5mi ns till a smooth creamy sauce. Keep on grinding if it's too thick add little water and mix upside down in the machine.

Cut your veggies

Toast tortillas or pitabread.

Arrange platter

Pour some olive oil on top and sprinkle paprika

This is basic recipe but we can adf flavor to it also.
