Ingredients

8_10 servings
  • 1 canchickpeas
  • 1/2 cuptahini /sesame seeds white
  • 1 tspsalt
  • I tbsp freshly grated garlic can add more if you like
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2-1 cupolive oil
  • 3/3 tbspWater if required
  • For topping ingredients
  • Veggies of choice I used carrots, cucumber and baby tomatoes
  • Some tortillas or pita bread
  • sticksI used some bread

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Wash chickpeas and remove their skin or chilka for creamy texture

  2. 2

    Roast sesame seeds /till on low flame till light brown.

  3. 3

    Grind all ingredients in a food processor for 4_5mi ns till a smooth creamy sauce. Keep on grinding if it's too thick add little water and mix upside down in the machine.

    Cut your veggies

    Toast tortillas or pitabread.

    Arrange platter

    Pour some olive oil on top and sprinkle paprika

  8. 8

    This is basic recipe but we can adf flavor to it also.
