On this special occasion..Bismillah.
Some suggests here , can also pls look at works of sister rehana wasim @cookpad inshaAllah similar ideas from her but even better coz she uses dates(healthier options,maybe easier to work with in regard to coating after as well) and nuts(like here too) and hers is a no cook version MashaAllah, good for when you are just in no cook modes and bizzy @and esp if have been fasting you dint want to stay up cookin etc.these no cook recipe do come in really handy for eid...thanx you to those who post these options/ideas for us.!... . just for some ideas..but am sure the demo is explainable a bit!?! inshaAllah o hopefully!!. Some varied Combination of sweet dishes ,with the blessed Eid coming next week! 2020 ...am sure many are being very hearty and maybe even @ willing to share their dishes/recipes .inshaAllah ..please share your Eid recipes so we can celebrate together from all lovly cpad cooks!!! early Eid greeting ...taqabbalaAllah minna waminkum

Ingredients

  • Halfcup Flour
  • 3 tablespoonButter /oil mixture
  • 1table spn Semolina flower
  • 3-4 tablespoonsCondenced Milk
  • 3-4tbspns Double cream
  • 120ish grams Cashew nuts(crushed and for deco)also pista nuts
  • 5-8.pods good Cardamom spice peeled and crushed
  • grated zest of lemon and or some lemon juice for flavr. tspn
  • Tspn good Vanila for flavor
  • Melted choc of choices for topping.half a medium pack
  • 3tbspns Some plain water(or as less needed)
  • 1.5tspn Baking powder
  • Rose syrup,coconut powder and condenced milk for garnish.3 tspn

Steps

    Preps:ingreds for rounds and for topping...Add ings,and then the crushed nuts try crush well but not too powdery

    This is microwabable recipe but u can do steam if you prefer...remember to open door from time to time when steam builds up in m.wave...cautions pls...and check how it's cooking..for about 10 rounds it took 2.5 mins total m.wave time...

    Cook in...mix in look for this similar consistancy..Sandy color crumbly yet rolls makable by pal of hand

    Prep the topping while the round are settling.peel and crush the cardamon pods

    Melt choc of choice..@short stages.mix in.try not to over cook as will be fudgy...Add splash of milk to re soften to slightly runny yet thickish to be able to re solidify

    This stages of topping may need bit attention due to the rounds can get bit crumbly due to nuts not crushed properly or so..can use moulds if available.such as even with design flowery shapes..remember to press well if using these so the shapes made are stronger.(eid crafty desighn) etc.but if you just drizzle the toppings it's better for this recipe..you can try better results etc

food is a blessing from the almighty...if u lov food .try feeding ..while you can feed yourself still... or nurturing basically . mayb some advise wud b keep your resources resoursefulnes creativity talent and zest 4 good things n the right ways..in life...n safe and available in the right ways...so manage your recipes and ..i say this is one way of a system that allows 2 do that and mayb even more...right ?!?thnk.uu.remain blesed!!
