Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMoong daal
  2. 1big chopped onion finely
  3. 1big tomato chopped finely
  4. 1green chilli chopped finely
  5. Few coriander leaves for garnish
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tbspturmeric
  8. Halftbsp red chilli powder
  9. Halftsp black pepper
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tspmustard seeds
  13. 1 tspkitchen king
  14. leavesFew curry
  15. 1 tspkasoori methi
  16. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    First rinse the daal properly and then put it in cooker.you can boil openly too

  2. 2

    Add 2 cup water and add salt+turmeric

  3. 3

    Have one whistle in cooker and openly just stirring on medium flame until daal look very well mixed softened

  4. 4

    For tadka roast cumin seeds and mustard seeds in some oil and green chilli

  5. 5

    Then add onion and cook until onions get browned and tender now add all the spices and cook for 1 minute

  6. 6

    Now add tomato and cook until tomatoes mixed well and spread oil all around

  7. 7

    Add it to cook lentil and enjoy yumm dinner.stay safe stay healthy
