Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina or suji
  2. 1 cupbadaam blend powder
  3. Halfcup sugar
  4. Halfcup milk
  5. Halfcup desi ghee

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes
  1. 1

    First melt desi ghee in a pan and add semolina

  2. 2

    Roast it until it becomes aromatic and then spreading oil all around

  3. 3

    Then add water and mixing well.stir on low flame when it start becoming thick add sugar and milk immediately

  4. 4

    Cook at low flame and in the last add badaam powder then stir again well.when it start bubbling then just turn the gas off and keep covered utensil

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped almonds or any nuts.stay safe stay healthy
