Yummy Tasty and yet simple dish - Veg Ball Manchurian in gravy style

Mix all the vegetables with corn flour and all-purpose flour to form a dough

Make smooth balls and deep fry them for a crispy veg balls

Take a wok, add some oil, once hot, add finely chopped garlic and ginger

Fry garlic and ginger for a minute before adding onions

Fry the onions well and once onions are turning golden brown, add capsicum

Capsicum will need around 5 mins of frying time before the sauce can be started

Once capsicum is fried, add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, salt and saute for a minute or 2

Then add sufficient water and get to boil

Once the gravy starts boiling, prepare corn flour slurry by adding corn flour to water, add the slurry and give it a good mix

Lastly, add the fried veg balls and cook it for around 4-5 mins

Garnish with spring onions and coriander to uplift the dish
