Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 200 gmpalak(spinach)
  • 15Cashew nuts
  • 25 gmButter
  • 1small onion
  • 1large tomato
  • 1 tspJeera /cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspKashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  • 1 tspTandoori Masala (Optional)
  • 1 tspMaggi masala
  • 1 tspKasuri Methi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspSugar

  1. 1

    Mash the paneer. Add maggi masala and salt to it and keep aside

    Roast the cashew nuts

  3. 3

    Boil palak with one tomato. Add roasted Cashew nuts and Make a fine paste of it.

  4. 4

    Now in a pan, add butter. Then add jeera to it. Cook for 1 min in low flame

  5. 5

    Add onions, Ginger Garlic paste and Black Pepper. Cook in low flame till onions turns into golden brown

  6. 6

    Add paneer bhurji to it. Add all the spices together and mix well. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame.

  7. 7

    Add palak paste and cook for 3 mins in low flame and then cover it for another 3 min

  8. 8

    After 3 min, add 1 tsp Sugar and 1 tsp vinegar. Add Kasuri Methi. Mix well and off the flame

  9. 9

    Topping with some dry fruits of your choice and serve hot
