Now add and roast Poha at low medium flame till crispy.

Then roast peanuts like this and then curry leaves and roast Makhanas too till crispy.

Add cashews and almonds too and keep roasting on low flame.

Now add chat masala and little salt too. And store in an airtight container. And serve with tea.
