Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsboiled rice
  2. 1finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1finely chopped carrot
  4. 1finely cut onion
  5. 1 cupsweet corns
  6. 1/2 cuppeas
  7. 1 tbspred chilli
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspjeera
  10. Few beans
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  12. 1green chilli chopped
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
  15. 1/2 tbspvinegar
  16. 1 tbsplemon juice
  17. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  18. 1 tbspMaggi masala
  19. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  20. As required Butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, heat oil or butter and add jeera and ginger garlic paste.

    Now add all the chopped vegetables and cook for few mins.

  3. 3

    Along with this add all the dry masala.

  4. 4

    Add soya sauce and vinegar and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add Maggi masala and garam masala and cook for another few mins.

  6. 6

    Finally add boiled rice and add water to cook.

  7. 7

    Add lemon juice and coriander leaves for decoration.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
