Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized potatoes
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  4. Pinchhing/asafoetida
  5. 1/2 tspKashmiri red Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2lemon slice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel potatoes.

    Now cut the potatoes in to thin slices.

  3. 3

    Now take a pan, add oil and mustard seeds and hing.

  4. 4

    Now add potatoes and add salt as per taste and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice.

  6. 6

    And cook for 2-3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Now crispy potatoes are ready to serve.
