Steps

Soak the methi leaves for 10 mins before cooking. Chop fined.

In a bowl add besan, methi leaves, yoghurt, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, baking soda, salt and a little oil. Mix well and form pakodes.

In a wok heat oil and deep fry each side 1-2 mins.
- 4
Plate and enjoy with garma garam chai.
