Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmacroni
  2. 1 tbspcorn flour
  3. 1 tbspmaida
  4. 4 cupwater
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as requiredOil for frying
  7. For masala-
  8. 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tspamchur powder
  11. to tasteBlack salt
  12. 1 tspJaljeera powder

Cooking Instructions

    Keep a pan on a flame put some water in it for boiling put some salt and macaroni in boiling water.cover it and it for 7-8minute cook the macaroni only 80:/.then put the cooked macroni in the strainer and put some cold water on it

    Take a plate put the macaroni in it for coating the macaroni put some corn flour and maida and mix it well then put the coated macaroni in the strainer so that the extra flour will get separated they fry the macaroni in the oil on medium flame they fry it and make it crispy

    Mix all the spices and then put them on the fried macaroni you can enjoy it for long time by keeping it in the jar
