This is my own innovation. But instead of using pizza sauce, I tried something different with yoghurt sauce. Have used only sausage and corn as topping, you can use chicken, egg, panner or any vegetables of your choice. I have toast on a tawa. If you want you can bake it

Ingredients

  1. 8bread slice
  2. 6-7sasuage
  3. 1/4 cupsweet corn
  4. As required Butter
  5. As required Monzeralla or any other proceeded cheese
  6. Forthe sauce:
  7. 1/2 bowlhung curd
  8. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  9. 1 teaspoonhoney
  10. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoonredchile flakes, oregano and basil
  12. 1/4 teaspoonolive oil
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First make the sauce. For that in a bowl mix the hung curd, honey, redchile chilie flakes, oregano, basil, mayonnaise, salt, and olive oil. Mix then well.

    Now cut the bread into round shape with the help of a cutter. Fry the sausage and cut it into small pcs. Now apply the sauce on the bread. Add the sausage and sweet corn.

    Now add the gratted cheese. Sprinkle some red Chile flakes and oregano. Now in a tawa add butter, place the disc on it. Cover a cook in low flame till the cheese is cooked and the bread turns crispy.
