Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, take wheat flour add pinch of salt and some cumin seeds.

Knead smooth dough and keep aside.

Now mashed potatoes, add all spices and coriander leaves and chopped green chillies and mix it well, filling is ready.

Now take small bolls of dough and flatten using the rolling pin into small circle
- 5
Place some potato filling and pack it well.

Now using some Dusting flour, flatten the pratha.

Now heat tawa, put pratha on heated tawa. And roast it using some oil or ghee in both side crispy.

Now aloo pratha is ready to serve. Serve with some curd, chutney or achar.
