Steps
- 1
First, take the all-purpose flour. Add oil, carom seeds, and salt. Mix and knead into a stiff dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2
Boil the potatoes and, separately, boil the green peas.
- 3
Let the potatoes cool, then peel and mash them to prepare the filling.
- 4
Heat a pan on the stove and add oil. Once hot, add the mashed potatoes and green peas. Add salt, red chili powder, dried mango powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- 5
Let the filling cool. Knead the dough again, then divide it into small balls and roll them out.
- 6
Place the rolled dough on a samosa mold, fill the center with the prepared filling, and close the mold to seal.
- 7
Heat oil in a pan on the stove. Once hot, fry the samosas until golden brown.
- 8
Your samosas are ready. Serve hot.
