Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfresh coriander (dhania)
  2. 1 cupfresh Podina (mint)
  3. 2_3 Green chillies
  4. 2_3garlic cloves
  5. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  6. 1 tspRoasted white cummin(zeera)
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 cupbasan sew (optional)it gives binding and smooth texture

    Wash dhania, green chillies and mint and cut.

    In grinder put all ingredients and grind for few secs if required add little water.

    Taste it and adjust salt and chillies according to taste.

    Meray ghar ye chutney har waqt rehtihay fridge ma.

    You can add dahi to make raita.
