Ingredients

  1. 5-6long fresh red peppers, chopped
  2. 1red bell pepper, chopped
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 7-8garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 4 tbsp.olive oil
  6. 2 tbspvinegar
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  9. 1/2 tsplemon zest
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tbsp.oil in a pan and saute the onion, chilies, bell pepper and garlic for 2 minutes or till they turn translucent.

    Set aside to cool.

  3. 3

    Blend with the remaining ingredients to a puree.

  4. 4

    Store in clean air tight bottle / container and refrigerate for later use.
