Shaking Beef Fried Rice
This is my two daughters' favorite fried rice dish. Since I'm a girl, I love colorful food 🥰

Cut the beef, bell peppers, and onion into bite-sized cubes (size as you prefer).

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors (adjust seasonings to your taste).

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté minced shallot and garlic until fragrant, then add a beaten egg and scramble. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry. Season with a pinch of seasoning powder, fish sauce, and a little turmeric powder. Stir-fry until the rice is fluffy and the grains are separated. Add chopped green onion, mix well, then turn off the heat.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté minced shallot and garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated beef and stir-fry briefly. Add the bell peppers and onion, and stir-fry over high heat until just cooked (do not overcook). Adjust seasoning to taste, then turn off the heat.

Pack the fried rice tightly into a bowl, then invert onto a plate for a nice shape. Arrange the shaking beef around the rice and enjoy.
