Ingredients

30 minutes
4-5 servings
  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  4. 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  5. 1 tsphaldi powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  8. 1 tspjeera seeds
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add besan and water, mix well a smooth dough

    Now take this dough grated kaddukash. Our grated besan is ready.Now take a karahi on medium heat. When karahi is heated, put oil, then add grated besan, and fry it golden brown.

    Now. Take another karahi on a medium heat put some oil. When oil is heat add jeera. Jeera is crack then add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion. When onion is golden brown add red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi powder, jeera powder and chopped tomato. And fry it.

    Now the masala is fry add water..when water is bowl add fry grated besan, and garam masala. Cook 5 minutes

    Put some coriander leaves. Our Besan Guthala kari is ready to serve with roti or rice.
