Wash it all together & cut into smaller pieces, add 3tbspn of vegetable oil, grated scotch bonnet with onion, seasoning & spices in a clean pot & stir for 2mins while on heat, add up the heart,kidney & liver, keep stirring continuously.

Add chopped onion, stir & close the pot for about 10mins, add hot water & allow it to drain until soft, serve & enjoy.
