Take a bowl mix maida and oil and required water to make a dough keep it aside

In a microwave safe bowl add ghee sugar and khoya mix it well set the timer for 3 mins stir it continuously after every min with a spoon take it out from the oven and let it cool

Make 2balls from the dough give it round shape with rolling pin put the stuffing with a spoon in the middle of the round shape and stick the corner as shown in the picture stick Laung over it

On a low flame on gas pour oil in a pan fry the launglata from both sides in the heated oil. until it turns golden

Your delicious homemade launglata is ready enjoy
