Dry roast all the dry fruits and then remove in a plate.

Heat pure ghee in a wok. Add semolina and roast it on low flame till it turn golden brown. And an aroma comes from suji.

Mix roasted dry fruits. Magaj, coconut powder and flax seed I. Semolina.

Boil water in a separate pan and add sugar and stir well till sugar dissolves completely.

Add this sugar syrup in semolina and let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick. Switch off the flame.

Transfer it in a greased thali and level it evenly with the help of rolling pin or spetula. Leave it for 1 hour. Now cut pieces with the help of knife.

A very nutritious, Healthy and tasty Burfi is ready. It can be stored for 15 days in refrigerator.
