String bean and courgette curry

Quick easy vegan curry. Delicious. Serve with your favourite rice. Leftovers are yummy smothered over a jacket potato.
Steps

Add onion and oil to pan. Cook until slightly softened then add courgette and sunflower seeds. Cook for a further few minutes

Add garlic, chilli and all of the spices. Cook for 1-2 minutes, taking care not to let the spices burn.

Add string beans, tinned tomatoes and lime juice and cook for 10-15 minutes until all the veg is tender.

Add coconut milk and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
