Combine the wheat flour and water well and make a stiff dough.. it shouldn't be soft dough. Add sugar in grinder and make sugar powder. Dry roast the sesame seeds and dessicated coconut.

Divide the dough in 6-8 pieces. Give all these a shape of your fist by pressing with fingers tightly. Now add ghee in a non-stick pan and deep fry all of them on mid to low flame till they appear red from all sides. Now let them cool on their own. Break them into small pieces and grind to a fine powder.

Keep churma aside in a deep mixing bowl. Add Sugar powder and sesame seeds.

Add dessicated coconut too and combine every ingredients well. Now bind them in round shapes or you can have churma also. If you want add chopped nuts also.

Our churma laddoo is ready. Now garnish and serve.
