Ingredients

half an hour
3 peoples
  • mutton half kg
  • 1 tspsalt
  • red powder half tsp
  • 1 tspcrushed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • tomato 4 granded
  • 1 cupyoghurt
  • 4green chilli
  • coriander little
  • zeera 1tsp roasted
  • sabut danya 1tsp roasted
  • onion 2 chopped
  • oil half cup
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • grammasala powder 1ts

Steps

half an hour
  1. 1

    First fry onion in a pan soft it

  2. 2

    Take it out add all spices in it

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste add meat fry well until oil left add granded yoghurt tomato and fried onion

  4. 4

    Cook until oil left

  5. 5

    Add 2 cups water to tendor when it completely tendor

  6. 6

    Serve with green chilli and coriander
